Zoë Read, MD.

Author, Activist, Wellness Physician.

Zoë Read J.D, M.D. is a writer, activist, and feminist physician who has spent over two decades studying health, equality, and meditation. An Internal Medicine physician and outspoken advocate for integrating yoga and meditation into medical practice, Dr. Read has travelled the world as a community organizer and health activist for survivors of trauma.

Her passion for yoga led her to Bali where she completed her teachers training certification. Today, Dr. Read integrates yoga teachings into her medical practice, helping people cope with stress, anxiety, pain, and illness.

Bianca

Bianca was born in Scottsdale, Arizona and grew up in Jacksonville Beach Florida. Bianca has always been very passionate about self expression through movement. She started dancing from the age of two and from there her love of dance grew and expanded into yoga. After obtaining a Bachelor's degree from UCF the next certificate she went after was a 500 hour yoga teacher training. She spent 4 months in Bali, Indonesia studying yoga, philosophy, and learning to adapt into the culture. Bianca loves to travel and says it hugely contributed to her growth and development into the person she is now. Bianca is now teaching at multiple studios as well as teaching trauma informed yoga to the recovery community.
